If you remotely control a computer with Windows® XP, it is not possible to use quick user switching.
After switching or logging on another user it is not possible to control the computer anymore,
a black screen appears and mouse and keyboard are beyond control.
It is not an error, control of the other users that are logged on (relations) is possible from 2.04 version.

When this may happen:
  • When logging on the second user
  • When switching to a user that was not logged on as the first one
If this happen there are these options of controlling the computer:
  • Remote operator:
    • Log off or switch the active user and log on the first user
    • Log off all the users
    • In an extreme case restart the remote computer
  • Remotely:
    • Using the Computer Shutdown service log off all the users
    • In an extreme case using the Switching Computer Off service restart the remote computer
